Welcome to travelswithrandy.com (the "Site"), operated by WhiteTrunks LLC / RKSmythe ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, or by purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase from the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party.
We sell physical products, including but not limited to photography calendars and related merchandise (the "Products"). We make every effort to display our Products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors accurately reflects the printed Product. Slight variations in color and appearance between the images on the Site and the physical Product do not constitute a defect.
All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time and to limit the quantities of any Product that we offer.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a Product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
Applicable sales tax will be added to orders where required by law. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees on international orders.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that we suspect are fraudulent. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it confirms only that we have received it. Acceptance occurs when the Product ships.
Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery of the Product to the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@travelswithrandy.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused Products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less original shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective Product.
To initiate a return, contact us at sales@travelswithrandy.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of our receipt of the returned Product.
All content on the Site and in the Products — including photographs, images, text, graphics, logos, designs, and the "Travels With Randy" name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Purchase of a Product grants you ownership of the physical item only. It does not grant you any license or right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any photograph or other content contained in the Product or on the Site without our prior written permission.
